Amalfi Fizzy Lemonade

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons limoncello (lemon liqueur)

1/2 cup sparkling water

Lemon slices and finely grated lemon zest (optional garnish)


Stir together lemon juice, sugar and limoncello until sugar is dissolved. Stir in sparkling water and pour into 1 ice filled glass. Garnish with lemon slices and zest, if you like.
